- 1928: The company expanded by building a new factory in Kronach.
- 1938: Acquired the royal porcelain company Silbermann, adding to its prestige.
Modern Era
- 1960s: The company name was simplified to “Kaiser” around this time.
- 2010: Kaiser Porzellan was acquired by PM Kapital GmbH & Co. KG, which also owns Goebel Porzellan.
